We, Amy Elizabeth and Marysol Ximenez-Carrillo, invite you to join us for a 6-week deep dive into many different topics,
as well as into your True Self, which will assist you in navigating these times of change,
as well as your process of awakening to who you truly are.
You will be part of a beautiful group of souls, coming together.
You will receive 6 live sessions, each up to 120 minutes, with guidance to different topics, combined with guided meditations,
live sound healing transmissions (sung live by Marysol), as well as light codes activations.
You will also receive live channeled messages from the Council of the Green Diamond.
You have the possibility to join a Telegram Group, in which Amy and Marysol will also be offering spontaneous inspirations,
card readings and short transmissions throughout the 6 weeks.
Within this group you can also submit questions, which we may go into during the live sessions.

Thriving in Times of Change
As you probably know, we are moving through profound shifts of consciousness upon this Earth and with all of Humanity.
This creates great upheaval and turmoil in the world, as the Old is being dismantled, making space for the New to arise and be created.
At this time many are feeling exhausted and are confronted with many different fears arising at times. Many are searching for a deeper truth to all that we are experiencing.
And when you have awakened in this world, the path can often be very challenging, as you now see through the illusions.
With this course we offer you guidance regarding your spiritual path of awakening and becoming, as well as practical tools to make it easier setting boundaries, trusting yourself, gaining more confidence, speaking your truth and communicating, with yourself and with the outer world.
Week 1 : Relationship to Yourself
During this live Session we will move deep into the Significance your relationship to yourself holds,
and why that is always the starting point for all your experiences and encounters with others.
We will uncover what may still be keeping you from honoring, loving and accepting yourself, with all that you are.
You will receive a clearing for limiting beliefs, thoughts, and patterns,
as well as collective programming, which may still be active within you.
You will be taken into your inner worlds, to connect on yet deeper levels to the core of your being,
your soul’s essence, which is always whole.
Clearings, Activations, and Sound Healing Transmissions will be part of this session.
There will also be time for Q&A.
Week 2: Energetic Hygiene and Protection
During this session we will explore what Energetic and Spiritual Hygiene actually is and why it is so important.
Especially for those who are very sensitive and empathetic.
Knowing how to keep your energy filed clean, will benefit you greatly in your every day life.
We often take on energies which are not our own. These can make us feel drained and exhausted.
When working energetically, you also come into contact with different kinds of beings and discernment is truly key.
We will also cover the topic of energetic protection, whether that be in your every day life or working with others.
We are all responsible for our own energy field and there are many great tools which we will explore,
to truly support you on your path.
There will also be time for Q&A.

Week 3: Confidence
During this session we will explore the topic of Confidence, what that actually is,
and why so many are struggling with this at this time.
It truly is the time to Who you Truly are and to step into the world exactly as you are.
To many that can seem very frightening.
Maybe you have a project you are working on, or a dream you wish to bring into creation,
but are lacking the confidence to do so.
During this session we will clear deep blocks, as well as other lifetimes,
which may still be affecting this life time.
There will also be time for Q&A.

Week 4: Boundaries
During this session we will dive deep into the meaning of setting boundaries.
These can be actual boundaries in every day life, as well as energetic boundaries.
For many it can be very challenging to set the needed boundaries, due to fear of rejection, abandonment,
confrontation, wanting to please others, and much more.
But when you go beyond your true boundaries too often, it will affect you greatly.
We are not here to please others.
It is up to every one of us to take responsibility for our own feelings, needs and emotions.
When you learn to set boundaries respectfully, but clearly, your life will become easier in many ways,
and your energy won’t be drained anymore, by trying to make it right for others.
Setting boundaries is also very important when working in field of energy work and spirituality,
or if you’re working with a large group of people, whatever field you may be working in.
We will go into all of it in detail.
We will offer you exercises, clearings and activations to assist you in setting your boundaries more easily.

Week 5: Speaking your Truth
During this session we will explore what it means to truly speak your truth,
and why that can be so challenging at times.
There are many programs, beliefs, thoughts, vows and contracts of different lifetimes etc.,
which may still be blocking you from fully speaking your truth.
We will look at the different kinds of fears, which may arise concerning this topic,
and what the relevance of this is, especially for the times we are moving through right now.
We will take some time to clear the throat chakra, and flow into a deep activation,
which will take you into the next level of what you are mean to move into.
Now is the time to reclaim your sacred voice, and power within.
We will offer you exercises, clearings and activations to assist you in finding more confidence in speaking your truth.
There will also be time for Q&A.
Week 6: Communication and Expression
In our last session together we will explore inner and outer communication,
as well as how you bring all that you are into expression.
The inner communication with yourself, with your Guides and Team in Spirit, as well as your Higher Self.
The exploration of your inner worlds.
And the outer communication, of how you move about in the world,
how you express yourself, and how you feel about this topic.
We will explore what may still be keeping you from coming into your full expression,
and trusting your deep inner knowing, as well as your communication with your Higher Self
and the space of your heart.
We will talk about why many have the need to fit in, and about fears of stepping out of your comfort zone.
We will offer you guidance, exercises, clearings and activations
to assist you in finding your authentic and fulfilling expression in this world and beyond.

Meet your Hosts
Amy Elizabeth,
